Recipes

CLEANING SMOOTHIE: 250-300ml.

2 handfuls of kale
1 apple
1 cup of water
1/4 lemon juice

 

FRESHENING SMOOTHIE: 250-300ml

4 strawberries
1 apple
0.5 banana
1 glass of freshly squeezed orange juice 

 

REGENERATION SMOOTHIE: 250-300ml

1/4 melon
about 12 pieces of red grapes
1 handful of baby spinach
1 glass of water 

 

SLIMMING SMOOTHIE: 250-300ml

200 ml of natural yogurt
30 g oatmeal
pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon cocoa
1/4 banana
juice of 1/4 lemon

 

GREEN SMOOTHIE  

1 handful of spinach
1 stalk of celery
1 green apple
1 fresh cucumber
1 teaspoon of squeezed lemon juice
small handful of ginger 

 

GOLDEN SMOOTHIE

1 carrot
1 golden apple
handful of ginger
0.5 banana
0.5 pear

 

RED SMOOTHIE

1 small beet
1 handful of strawberries
1 handful of raspberries
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
